Training & Coaching
Your Flourish Coach will provide 6 hours of onsite training to your Pastor Search Committee. The training will expose your PSC to our unique and industry leading step by step methodology for evaluating applicants to be next pastor for your church. Your Flourish Coach will also be available for additional coaching or advice as needed as the PSC does its work.
Not cheap, but worth the price
